BONTNEWYDD have been through a pretty tough run of results so far in North Wales Coast West Division One.
Simon Jones’ side are currently 12th in the table having picked up 13pts in as many matches this season.
The squad is made up of a number of talented young players at this moment in time however and among the best of those is Sean McGrath.
The talented central midfielder is playing in his first season of senior football, having previously been part of a very successful Cae Glyn Juniors set up.
He also previously impressed greatly in friendlies last year whilst with Gaerwen’s senior side who were managed by Justin Gallagher at the time.

17-year-old McGrath has since taken those standout performances into tier five football with Bont this season.
He began his season by netting in a 5-0 win over Mountain Rangers on the opening day of the 21/22 campaign.
He then scored in an impressive 4-1 Welsh Cup win over Llanberis soon after and also scored against a Cemaes Bay side who will no doubt be pushing for the title this season.
He has long been regarded as one of the best young players around by quite a few coaches I know and he’s now having the chance to prove that week in, week out with Bont.
McGrath shows calmness beyond his years in the middle of the park and he’s certainly one to keep an eye on in the years to come!
