AFE’s Stars of 2021: Guto Llywelyn (Waunfawr)

I’VE ALREADY featured one great captain of a Gwynedd-based club on here tonight, now it’s time to feature another.

Waunfawr have enjoyed a decent start to life in North Wales Coast West Division One. The Beganifs are currently 7th in the tier 5 table having picked up 30pts so far.

Central midfielder Guto Llywelyn has been a real driving force behind that.

The 33-year-old’s experience has been key to helping his side on to winning ways on a number of occasions this season.

The hard-working Llywelyn, a former Llanberis player, has popped up with 7 goals in 15 matches from the middle of the park for Waunfawr.

There are so many players who have proven to be influential for their club in 2021 and Llywelyn is among the best of them.
