A PLAYER who has been a real hard worker for Caergybi ever since they formed back in 2017.
During his time with the club, winger North has become a vital part of the starting eleven at Millbank.
In 2017/18, he was one of the top scorers in the Anglesey League with 14 goals to his name and helped Cybi on to winning the Megan Cup in their first season as a club. He even scored a goal that day as his side beat Bryngwran Bulls 3-2 in the final.
In the same season, he also popped up with what is believed to have been the fastest goal ever scored in the Anglesey League – after just six seconds v Llandegfan, a game which Caergybi won 14-1 in the Car Boot Trophy Quarter Final.
In the following season, he was again key as the club won a cup double and won promotion to the Gwynedd League. Once in tier four, North again kept his place in the starting eleven and popped up with four goals along the way.
Described by manager Dale Moffat as a player “who always wears his heart on his sleeve”, he’s a real grafter in the team.
