A PLAYER who was a real key figure for Pentraeth Reserves during his two seasons in the Anglesey League with them (and in the Sunday League before that).
Midfielder Jones, who was captain on several occasions for the club, was great after Danny Jones and Paul Matier took over in 2018/19.
That season, he hit 12 goals and was a big part of the side that reached the Megan Cup final.
Jones further proved his importance to the side last season by popping up with four goals and putting in some impressive performances.
A tough-tackling player who can play a great pass, he’ll be moving on to a new club now that the Reserves have folded.
