A PLAYER who has been fantastic for Amlwch over the last few seasons and 19/20 was no different.

The 2017/18 campaign was a particular highlight for McGivern, as he was one of the island’s highest-scoring midfielders that season with 12 goals to his name.

Last season in Welsh Alliance Two, the talented middle man finished as one of Town’s top scorers with seven goals in all competitions – with only the prolific Ryan Rowlands (16) and Dan Jones (10) ahead of him in that respect.

McGivern is a talented midfielder who can really take the game by the scruff of its neck at times. He’s great on the ball, both for creating chances and taking them himself.

He’s definitely a player to watch.
