ONE of the best defenders in the Anglesey League last season during his time there.
Over the last few seasons, the no-nonsense centre half has established himself as a key player at Fali. His performances grew better and better with every game and he quickly became club captain by the time last season arrived.
Last season, he was once again impressive at the back alongside Ryan Heywood and popped up with 3 goals as Fali started the season well.
However, Evans, who also plays for Bangor University’s men’s team, later departed to try his hand at Welsh Alliance One football with Bodedern Athletic before the season was cut short in March.
A solid and reliable defender who’s also a fantastic leader, Evans has recently made the switch to Glantraeth who will be playing in the North Wales Coast West Premier (tier four) when a season eventually starts.
