A NATURALLY GIFTED central midfielder who really caught the eye early on in the 2019/20 Anglesey League season with CPD Y Fali.
With Dan Jones’ side, Boylan, whose brother Shane also represented the side in the past, smashed in eleven goals before September in the fifth tier.
A hat-trick on the opening day of the season in a thrilling 4-3 loss to Cemaes was followed by 8 more goals in the AL as he scored in nearly every game he played for Fali, making running the midfield look easy at times.
It was clear to see from the off that Boylan was ‘too good’ for the fifth tier, having dropped down three divisions over the summer, and so it was no surprise to see him return to Welsh Alliance One side Boded by September 2019.
He added a few more goals for Ricky Williams’ side before the Coronavirus pandemic brought the season to an abrupt end as Bodedern finished seventh in Welsh Alliance One (out of 16 teams).
He’s a player who really controls the game brilliantly and one who deserves some serious recognition for his talent.
