UNDOUBTEDLY one of Bro’s standout players in the Gwynedd League last season.
Midfielder Edney hit eight goals for the club, managed by Martin Jones at the time, in all competitions and really made the difference at times.
He also stepped up in goal when his side needed him to following the departure of Johnny Sweetser to Pentraeth.
After a few seasons at Cae Nerys, Edney has now moved on to Amlwch Town, who will be joining Bro in the North Wales Coast West Premier Division (tier four) when next season starts.
He’s been putting in some great displays again in recent friendlies for Chris Byast’s side – combining well with former Bro goal machine Jac Thomas who has also moved to Town.
