A TRUE legend of the Anglesey, and indeed North Wales, footballing scene by now.
38-year-old Sinnott was once again a key player in Gwalch’s side in Welsh Alliance Two as the club finished in sixth place.
The midfielder/attacker, who was part of the Gwalchmai team that won a famous treble in 2009/10, has netted more than a century of goals during his time with the club.
Sinnott, who’s also played for the likes of Llangefni Town and Glantraeth in the past, has enjoyed plenty of free-scoring seasons with Gwalchmai previously, notching up 24 in 2011/12 and 21 a season later.
In 2019/20, he scored 16 goals before the Coronavirus pandemic brought the WA2 season to an abrupt end.
It’s fair to say that this veteran of the local game once again showed what he could do during what was a more than decent campaign for Gwalchmai.
